No. We work with whatever you have — full Revit or Archicad models, partial DWGs, IFC exports, hand sketches, even photographs of plans on a desk. If we need more, we’ll ask before quoting.

Revit (.rvt), Archicad (.pln), SketchUp (.skp), Rhino (.3dm), IFC, DWG, DXF, OBJ, FBX, PDF plansets, and hand drawings. If it’s a building, we’ll figure it out.

Two rounds are included on every package. Material swaps, lighting shifts, camera angle adjustments, props, time-of-day — all standard revisions, returned same-day or within 24 hours. Structural changes (moving a wall, changing a roofline, adding a level) sit outside revision rounds and are quoted separately.

That’s what the previews are for. We send a low-res first pass within 72 hours of project start so course corrections happen early. We’ve never had a project go to final without the client signing off on direction.

Stills are delivered at 6,000 px on the long edge — print-ready at A2, 300 DPI. Video is 4K, H.264. Social ratios cropped from the same masters: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9.

Yes. Send three reference images with your brief and we’ll calibrate the lighting, palette, and camera language to match.
