PROCESS · FROM PLANS TO DELIVERABLES

A four-step pipeline. Two weeks at most.

Architectural craft on the front. AI in the pipeline. Photographs at the end.

McBean — architect's plans
STEP 01

Architect's plans.

CAD · DRAWINGS · STUDIES

We start where you are — CAD files, IFC exports, hand drawings, or massing studies. Whatever you have.

McBean — 3D model
STEP 02

3D model.

ARCHITECTURE-GRADE 3D MODELING

Architecture-trained team builds the volume, materials, and lighting in industry-standard software.

McBean — AI refinement
STEP 03

AI refinement.

PROPRIETARY MODELS

Our pipeline pushes detail, light, and material fidelity beyond what raw renders can reach alone.

McBean — photoreal architectural rendering
STEP 04

Photoreal output.

STILLS · 30S VIDEO · ALL FORMATS

Hero stills, walkthrough video, and every social ratio you need — delivered in days.

WHY IT WORKS

Architecture first. Imagery second.

A 3D-trained model holds proportion, scale, and material correctly. AI refinement holds light, atmosphere, and the eye.

Most fast-render shops skip the architecture step and over-rely on image generation. The result looks plausible at thumbnail size and falls apart at A2. We start with a measurable model — corner heights, joinery, ceiling reveals — and finish with a photographic pass on top of that armature.

The pipeline is what makes the price work. Studio-grade output without the studio overhead.

The work is sometimes called architectural rendering, architectural visualization, or 3D rendering services — different vocabularies for the same craft.

ON AI

On the AI question.
Yes, and here's what we actually do with it.

AI is in our pipeline. So is industry-standard 3D modeling, architectural lighting, and reference work pulled from a decade of editorial property photography.

The difference between Volute Studio and a prompt-based image tool is the architecture underneath. Most AI-only tools generate an image from a description. We generate from a measured 3D model — slab heights, ceiling reveals, joinery proportions, sightlines, the way a balustrade actually meets a wall. The AI pass refines light, material, and atmosphere on top of that armature.

The result holds up at A2 print, not just at thumbnail. It also holds up to an architect's eye — the harder test.

You're not paying for AI.

You're paying for the architecture underneath it.
